Club Website Rules

2021-2022 Rules
A. General Rules

  1. We are blessed to have access to these wonderful properties; RESPECT them and the farmers’ who have granted us access. This club concept is new and just catching on but it works because it is all about you; the hunter!!!  It’s no longer about a bureaucracy.
  2. Please, do NOT enter a property until you have been given permission. There is no pre-season scouting allowed on private property we have leased prior to obtaining explicit permission.
  3. No high shooting (sky-busting); call to birds in your sphere, not other blinds; if birds are clearly over another blind and working, don’t try to call them off.
  4. Respect other members. Our members spend their hard-earned money on this and dedicate their time and resources to this hobby. If there are any personal disputes with another member, please contact Admin.
  5. Illegal drug or alcohol use is prohibited on properties at all times. Any violations will result in the immediate termination of your membership.
  6. Members and their guests will be able to hunt all available blinds.
  7. Members will have access to the club website. All reservations are made online. Members MUST make a reservation prior to showing up to a blind.Violations may result in the termination of membership.
  8. Members must hunt the blind that they have reserved on any particular day. A reservation must be made on the website, regardless of whether the blind is occupied; meaning, no jumping from blind to blind. This insures blinds are always open.
  9. The website will not allow anyone to make a second reservation, until you’ve completed or cancelled your hunt therefore, please do not attempt to make a second reservation until one or both of those have occurred.  A member may however make an additional reservation a maximum of 24 hours in advance of a hunt if seats are available.
  10. GUEST POLICY – Please be aware that guests can be signed up to hunt in open seats 24 hours or less before any hunt. Only ONE GUEST at a time.  Introducing others to hunters to the sport is important and we want you to be able to do that and to make hunting memories with your families and friends however, seat sharing is not allowed and this privilege must not be abused.  Any excessive or repetitive guest hunts (except junior hunters) will be addressed and may result in the loss of your membership.   All guests must have a liability release on file prior to hunting – no exceptions.
  • DOGS: Only 1 dog per blind. A maximum of 2 is allowed only if agreed upon by the member who initially made the reservation with the first dog.  To bring a second dog, you must call and get approval from the member who first signed-up with a dog.   In addition, dogs MUST be under control at all times (not running loose, not taking off to other blinds, shock collar if needed, etc.…,)
  • Cancellation: If you cannot make it to your hunt for any reason, please cancel your it as soon as you are aware you won’t be going. It’s just common courtesy to open that seat for others to hunt.
  • Members’ must follow every State, Federal Fish and Wildlife law.  Violations may result in loss of membership without refund.
  • Vehicles are allowed only in the clearly marked, designated parked area.
  • You must only use an ATV or your legs for getting around properties; no cars, trucks, motorbikes, etc.…
  • Please DO NOT hunt outside of the designated areas. Property maps are easily accessible on my website. If you are unsure or have questions and cannot figure it out, contact Admin. Members are to know the property boundaries.
  • Please clean your birds at home. Let’s keep our farmers’ properties clean! Absolutely no plucking, cleaning or anything remotely related, on the properties.
  • Our hunting cannot interfere with what the farmer needs to do and therefore, agriculture processes will take precedence. However, I do not expect a conflict.
  • For the least amount of disruption to all hunters, please be parked at least 1 hour before shoot time and be settled in your blink at least 30 minutes before shoot time.
  1. Hunting Requirements & Member Responsibilities
  2. Any member who steals or intentionally damages another member’s, club or farmers’ property will immediately forfeit their membership. Property damage or theft should be promptly reported to Bren Watson.
  3. Every blind will have the opportunity to brush up the blind prior to the field flooding. Although walking on the checks is strongly discouraged, it is highly recommended that members cover the check leading up to the blind with straw from the field to ensure the check is maintained when incidental walking on the check occurs.
  4. Absolutely no adjustments of boards or water levels in the field. If you see a problem (flooding or low water) immediately report it to Bren Watson.
  5. We want to provide a safe, quality hunting experience for all members!!!
